Some advices for low-carbs Pastafarians

For the pirate who want to be in good condition for Talk like a Pirate Day, here's some good advice for a (temporary) low-carbs diet:

It transforms almost everything into spirals. Or vegetable noodles, if you prefer.

• Paderno World Cuisine Spiral Vegetable Slicer (formally the Spirooli)

Quite similar with the first one, but it works horizontally instead of vertically and it's white (it looks better in most kitchens, and maybe you are not forced to hide it after every use).
